What does our condo have to offer?

Our condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It can sleep up to 10, but that’s probably too many people for comfort. I personally think 4 to 6 adults are good, plus a couple of kids. It’s just not appointed for too many people. 

When you enter, there is a full kitchen with all the bells and whistles you could want. We like to cook and most of the other owners do too, so the condo has all the kitchen tools you could want for a vacation. We have pots and pans of every size and a full selection of plates and cups. We also have a gas grill on the balcony.

As you can see in the pictures, there is a large table in the dining area that can seat 6 comfortably and there is a leaf that can be added to fit a few more people. The main room also has a comfy couch that can fold out into a queen sized bed. Plus, the fireplace is super warm for cold winter nights!

One of the full baths is on the first floor. Here is a picture of that one:

Down the hall, behind the bathroom, is the second “guest” bedroom. There are two twin beds, but you can put them together to make a full size bed if you want.

The upstairs bedroom has a large king size bed plus an alcove that over looks the living room and has a sofa that expands into a queen sized bed.

The main bed is to the right. It’s got a fantastic mattress and is super comfy at the end of the day!

The second full bathroom is around the corner.

One of our favorite parts of this condo is the balcony out back behind the kitchen and dining area. Looking out, towards the left you can see downtown with Baldy Mountain in the background. Turn to your right and you can see Peak 10 and a little bit of Peak 9.
